Anyone have hypoglycemia during their pregnancy?

(Low blood sugar) yeah sure eating sweets is fun but what if you have to constantly eat them. Anyone else in the same boat? By the sounds of things I'm going to have a giant baby. I am only 22w3d :(

I was hypoglycemic before my pregnancy. I usually keep hard candies with me for emergencies, but also snack every 2-3 hours to maintain a good blood sugar level. My husband is also good about keeping crackers for me when I forget them.
Try keeping some crackers with you in your purse or something small.

I had it in a previous pregnancy and my dr told me to avoid really sweet things because it would give me a high but then make me crash and feel yucky.
