Why is caffeine a no no when TTC?

I drink Coke almost everyday and cutting it out has been hard although I have but just curious as to why it's so bad?

I read somewhere that x amount of caffeine increases chances of miscarriage fairly dramatically like 30% or something I can't remember.

Honestly I'm not sure but I've concieve twice and I eat and drink whatever I wanted so I think it's bull shit about caffeine. And what they say about alcohol Isn't true either because with my daughter when u concieve her my husband and I weren't trying and we were going out a lot I was on birth control (nuva ring) and we still managed to concieve solo I'dk but I have a healthy 2 yr old to this day

I need my coffee right now.. Dying at work!!! Idk why they say no though.. Or how it increases risk of miscarriage. Can't one or two cups a week be okay? Ugh
