I came off the combined contraceptive pill last month and came on my period 4 days after I stopped taking my pill. That was almost a month ago. I have been having lots of sex and my nipples feel sensitive and I am lethargic and always feeling miserable, back pain, dull pains in my lower abdomen almost like really light period paid. Could I be pregnant?
