I'm looking for some reassurance here from anyone who has been in my situation. I have pcos and irregular periods. We tried for a couple years to get pregnant and finally did. Unfortunately we miscarried. From that point on I've gotten pregnant every few months or so, only to lose it in the first month. My doc put me on metformin and progesterone. She said both have been known to lower chances of miscarriage for ladies with pcos. Well I just found out I'm pregnant again and I don't want to get to excited because I've lost so many. Anyone had successful pregnancy after miscarriages while using metformin? I really hope this one sticks!!
