Keeping Preseed sexy

Just wondering if anyone inserted preseed before Getting down and dirty and if it worked out ok. I really enjoy some good foreplay before BD and I feel like if I take a minute to insert the preseed then the heat in the moment might sizzle out. What have been your experiences? I'm just trying to keep the TTC still something fun and sexy. Any tips or thoughts are appreciated.
