6 DPO question

Today I'm 6 DPO, CD 24. I ovulated on CD 18. Yesterday and today I've felt some twinges in my lower abdomen, like right at the pubic line. I'm not due for AF till 7/29 according to glow, but 7/26 on another website. Would it be silly to start taking a test everyday?
