I had a miscarriage 5 weeks ago. No period yet. Will taking birth control regulate my period again maybe?

Your doctor can give you a progesterone and oil shot to jumpstart your period again.  It will hurt for a couple of days though!

It'll falsely regulate it. You'll bleed every month, but a true period is (usually) a sign of returned ovulation/fertility. It took me every bit of 6 weeks after my MC to get my period back. Good luck to you and I'm very sorry for your loss.
