Gynecologist

So I'm 16 years old and I  lost my virginity about 4 months ago. My mom wanted me to go to the gynecologist to get me on birth control. I have never been and I am literally terrified to go. Mostly worried about if I will feel pain or weirdness. I'm just so worried, so I was hoping to get some advice from you guys and maybe it will make my stress and nervousness go way. I would really appreciate it
