Clomid

So I start my first cycle of Clomid on Friday. It's a five day dosage and my Dr says that we are then to have sex on the 29th, 30th and 31st. He said that I can use an at home ovulation test if I want but that those ARE the days. It couldn't hurt to have sex more than those days right? Lol it would only increase our chances right? Also, how do you use the at home ovulation tests and how accurate are they? Do I just buy several and randomly take them?
