Thin uterine lining 😔

I had an ultrasound back in March due to pelvic pain and I noticed on the report that my endometrium lining was only 5.79 this was the day before ovulation I am concerned that this is part of what caused my chemical pregnancy back in April have any of you ladies experienced thin uterine lining and still went on to conceive and stay pregnant? Also looking for natural ways to possibly thicken my uterine lining
