One stressful day... Could I still be pregnant?

They say take it easy, that stress will slow down your chances of conceiving. Well I have anxiety and depression. So what would count as a stressful day?

Any ladies out there have one stressful day during the two week wait still end up with a BFP?!?!

I LOL when I read "what would count as a stressful day?" because I too struggle with anxiety and depression and totally get what you mean.

Some stress in your life is still considered healthy. Stress that causes physical reactions/illnesses... Not healthy. Like if your hair is falling out from stress, I can't imagine your womb being a welcoming place for a baby.

I got my BFP after a fortnight full of solicitors, contract signing, moving house, starting a new job and my mum being in hospital. So it's definitely possible!

People who treat their bodies horribly can still become pregnant. Unless your doctor has cautioned you away from even minor stress, I'd say you are a-okay. Maybe take some time to focus on helping your anxiety and depression. It won't keep you from conceiving in your tww but it can harm your baby when you are pregnant
