The Patch?

I was curious about the birth control patch, i have never heard of it before until now when I noticed on this app. I was wondering if there was anyone with personal experiences using it, and if they could give me either advice or recommendations on it? And if so, does that mean no condom or pull out method is needed, that business can be completed inside? I'm just not entirely sure on it and was hoping for some more insight. Thanks for any help you could give :)
