Can we survive? Money struggles..

I work 2 job, part timeand part time making 8.00 an hour and 10 an hour. For my part time job I get between 4-8 hours my full time job 26-28. I'll be getting more hours in next week officially. So between 30-32 hours as of next week.

After taxes I bring in 9.23 and 7.49.

My husband works full time and makes 14 an hour. I'm not sure what's taken out for taxes but he brings home 365-380. We both get paid weekly.

We are looking at a 1300-1500 apartment(s). The first one is 1312 and the second one is 1545. We do have your typical medical bills and I pay 92 for insurance and he pays 77 for insurance.

I think we can do 1300 but he thinks we can manage the 1500 one. We are at a standstill here. I need feedback.
