Ergo original vs 360?

Wanting to know if it's worth the extra money for the 360. I've realized the only difference is that in the 360 they can face outwards in the front as well, unlike the original where the can only face towards you in the front. Any recommendations for this? It's not a big difference in price but the one I have had my eye on in so cute and has a cute print. The 360 is just a plain color lol so just wondering because I would love to get the cuter, cheaper one 😊
