Quick question ladies.

Yesterday I went to my 6 weeks post patrum and my doctor prescribe with ortho micronor since my medicaid gave the generic kind Nora Be i took it last night at 10.. anyway I ask my ob if its ok to take if im not on period she thats fine she did a preggo test just in case and I told straight up I havent had sex and I havent gotten my period I told her I thought your suppose to take the 1st day of my period she no you can start taking it now..

My question is has anyone or anybody has taken if they havent gotten their period ?? My hasnt come at all and im breastfeeding and little bit of formula fed but mostly breastfeeding..
