I need animal lovers or people that know all about animal stuff

My fiance and I officially got excepted to a great apartment today!!! But the only problem is, is that we have a dog and they don't allow animals and she told me that we need to get her certified by a counselor or something like that. I have no idea how to do this or even where to start looking to get my dog certified. We love her some much and can't give her up or dog is like a child to us. But we also can't pass up this opportunity on the apartment. Can any one help and tell me how to get my dog certified
