What's going on with me

Accoriding to glow I started my fertil window Monday And I've been having cramps since... And my lower back has been hurting so bad, like cramps. I haven't had any CM hardly, or even a high sex drive. And I usually do in this time. I've been reading up and I think I have a lot of signs of  endometriosis... Or PID. And in the past I did have chlymidia. And my mom and aunts had fertility trouble. Reading all this is breaking my heart💔 I've always had a feeling I'm not going to be able to have kids. we haven't been using protection for almost or even over a year now and I haven't been able to get pregnant. We had sex the day my window started and today. But feeling this way I don't think is normal and I'm just scared:,( and I'm only 20 having these problems. Idk what to do or what to think. I'm scared to go to the doctor because I Think my worst nightmare will come true telling me I can't have kids. And idk how to bring it up to my mom because I can't afford the bill to get it checked out right now.
