How often do you do between washing your hair?

I have usually been going three days to a week between each was because it's better for my hair (or so I've been told) but recently it's been getting more oily. Is there anything I can do between washes other than dry shampoo?

I generally go every other day to every few days. My scalp is naturally oily and I work outside. Combined the two mean my hair takes a beating.

Well, when you should wash it is really depending on your hair texture. If its too oily and u cant handle it, wash it. When you condition it make sure youre conditioning only from midshaft to the ends. For me, i dont even use regular conditioner, i just deep condition it once a week. But my hair is naturally curly, and thick, and dry, so i can not wash it for about a week.

Idk, maybe take a hot oil treatment while you're still in the shower. You can get one from Walmart from V05 I think under $10

I normally leave about the same time as u do as well and in between I use a dry shampoo that I bought from target that was $2-50 surprisingly it really helps refresh my hair to a similar state as if it was to be washed in the shower. I know my sister has some leave in conditioner that is a must that u spray onto ur hair and apparently that's really good, I'm assuming she got it from Coles 😋
