Convertible Car seats????

Question

It's time to upgrade to a new car seat for my LO and we have been going back and forth between these two car seats. Any recommendations?

I chose the graco because it goes all the way up to a booster. So it's the only car seat you need. But I'm not sure about the Britax I've never looked it up.

I've heard all good things about Britax. We went with a graco 4ever though because we were gifted one and I got a heck of a deal on another one at babies r us during their trade in event. The 4ever and extended2fit are great seats. Fairly Compact compared to most convertible seats, easy to install and adjust. All car seats are safe though as long as they are installed properly. So the rest is really just preference over one thing or another. I think graco is super easy to adjust so I love it. Although if we have another baby we will probably get something more affordable unless I can get an awesome deal again.

Get one with a forward facing 5 point harness weight limit of at least 60 pounds. I just had to replace my carseat that was supposed to last 'forever' because he outgrew the standard 40 pound weight limit before he turned 4, and he's a skinny kid. Legally I can move him to a booster at 4 but it's not considered safe for their spinal development that young. I got the Graco 65, there are other brands, just make sure the 5 point harness weight limit  (not highback booster weight limit) is 60 pounds or more.
