Anxiety or pregnancy!!!??? Help!!!

Hi I'm 16 years old, I've had sex with my boyfriend three times (unprotected). We use the pull out method and he didn't ejaculate in me but we're both nervous about pre-ejaculation. He used the bathroom right before we had sex so he cleaned himself out but I had pains right below my boobs. I could feel my heart rate beating very fast, I caught a fever, felt a little dizzy, and became bloated. But I'm 10000% sure he didn't leave his babies in me. It could have been the food I ate before, I tend to eat lots of greasy foods. We had sex one day after I stopped ovulating btw. All the pain has left but I'm curious as to what it was that as bothering me??? Help everyone! Btw my heart is still beating fast, I can feel it when I'm laying down
