Kids and their things.. Could it be?

So I have a 3yo niece and today she asked me to put her baby doll inside my shirt, to pretend I was pregnant. And then she told every one: "she is pregnant! Aunt Joana is pregnant!" It was so sweet. I'm 5dpo and I'm thinking: can kids predict these kind of things? Has anyone had a similar situation?

Before I was pregnant with my daughter, my friends little boy would love all over me. He would always run to me and fall asleep with me. Well one day all of a sudden he just wasn't happy with me at all. He wouldn't come near me at all. He done it for over a month. A few weeks later I found out I was pregnant. He wouldn't even come near me my whole pregnancy. So I think he could tell before anyone else, including me!
