Feeling down.

I feel so down, it makes me sad that i weighed 145 last year, then my husband and i did a 3 week diet and I lost weight and went down to 125, it was the best time of my life. I felt good about my body, then i gained a bit of weight, and in january of this year i found out i was pregnant and 2 weeks later i had a miscarriage, then i gained more weight. I wax told to take prenatal vitamins 3 months before ttc again and i started taking them and now i feel like im at least 150. It get me even more depressed that my husband and I tried doing the same diet but this time we ate out once a week and this time i didnt see any difference. I dont eat a lot of junk food, i eat mostly healthy, my job consists of running back and forth all day, sweating all day, and i cant see a difference. I rarely drink water. Can that be the key? I need help. I wanna feel comfortable in my body.
