Tips on yeast infection?

I think I have a yeast infection. What are some things I should do to get rid of it before going to the doctor if it persists?

Monistat 3, anti itch cream lots of water & cranberry juice. Lay off the salt

Yogurt, low carb, and acidophilus pills! I take one everyday and haven't had an infection since taking them.

Also, avoid carbs and sugar. Yeast feeds on sugar. I eat a spoonful of plain nonfat Greek yogurt daily. Drink lots of water and wear 100% cotton underwear (try not to trap moisture down in your undies With tight bottoms and undies!). Hopefully it's gone for you by now!
