Csection scar opened 😱 WTF

So I'm 11 weeks pp and a small section of my csection opened literally right after I carried my 6yr old to bed. This was my second csection and I tied my tubes my first was a breeze which was an emergency csection. Have any of you ever experienced this? I'm freaking out and so I my husband!!!!
