Help! Vaginal burning

My vagina feels sore and burns! Even when I pee it hurts. I thought it was UTI but I'm currently taking antibiotics for UTI and almost finished the course so I highly doubt it's UTI as I know exactly what UTI feels like. And I have not had sex for a week so it's not from sex. Anyone has any idea what could this be? I'm going to see a gynecologist but want to see if anyone had similar symptoms. I'm thinking maybe yeast infection though I don't have itching or any smelly discharge ( well I'm on my period so not sure) and I have never had yeast infection so don't know the symptoms exactly. Please help I'm overwhelmed with UTI and now this problem 😭
