Please help

I had sex about two months ago using a condom, and I've had 2 periods since then, but today I noticed the little bumps around my nipples have become more whiter and noticeable than usual? And my belly seems quite bloated, bearing in mind a week ago, I had the rod implant put into my arm so it might b side affects I'm unsure! But I'm so scared in case I'm pregnant :( please can someone reply, I'm so scared right now!!
