Heat Rash or Eczema?

Help! What are these? I tried coconut oil but no luck, I feel like it is only getting worse.. She also has them on her neck and chin. I feel bad for my little peanut... She just turned 4 weeks old yesterday. ☹️

Baby acne is best left alone. When washing your baby just use warm water, no soap. And make sure they're dry before putting on clothing. I use a little (emphasis on little) powder to make sure my newborns skin is dry near her neck, where her arms bend and behind knees. Their skin is very sensitive so oils and creams aren't usually recommended.

My LO got a horrible heat rash around 4 weeks old. I was bundling her in too many blankets at night. I left her naked with 1 to 2 thin blankets at night and kept her naked during the day. I also kept her skin dry so the little pimples would dry and pop.

My daughter had the same thing! My dr. told me it was baby acne from the hormones in my breast milk. I used coconut oil and breast milk on her face. It just started to clear up. Hopefully it clears up soon.
