How many mama's are bringing a gift to leave for your nurses?

Both of my boys (ages 6 and 3) were born in December, so those delicious, huge tins of assorted popcorn were in season. I brought one to the hospital with me (packed it right along with my hospital bag) to leave at the nurse's station, with a pre-written thank you note.

This is my first summer baby, and the popcorn tins aren't available! So I bought two tins of butter cookies and labeled one for the night shift, one for the day shift.

If you're planning on leaving a gift for your nurses, what are you going to give? I love to hear other ideas....especially since I tend to lean towards food!
