How long did you first time moms have to push?

I delivered yesterday after a 27 hour labor. He was out in three pushes, about 7 minutes. I'm a FTM and my doctor kept saying how impressed and proud he was especially since I was so tired I could barely function. I found pushing to be the easiest part. How long does it take on average? Was it the easiest or hardest part for you?

I was in labour for 63 hours in total with my first and pushed for a total of 29 minutes. Pushing was the easiest bit . But my second I was induced laboured for 16 hours total and pushed for nearly 2 hours. Pushing was the worst part that time as he was so much bigger.

I took about 40 min of pushing and had 18 hours of labor in total. I had an epidural so pushing was definitely the easiest part ( I couldbt feel a thing)

First one I never got a chance to push as baby  was stressed so I had an emergency c section. Second I pushed for 45 mins with no progress so it resulted in forceps being used to complete the delivery. Well done to you 😊

10 hour induced labour at 42 weeks, 3 pushes and she was out but was difficult as she was back to back and i was only 6cm dilated so tore my cervix pretty bad and had to have a few stitches but pushing was definitely the most natural part I'd say! It was the light at the end of the tunnel for me and i was monitored the whole way through labour and couldnt walk around or anything!

My 1st son I pushed for 30 minutes, my 2nd son was 1 push, and I'm hoping 3rd son will be as easy as my 2nd son.

Just had my baby today, went into labor at 6:30 when my water broke, epidural by 11am with contractions less than 2 minutes apart. Didn't start pushing until 1:30, and she was born at 3:32! Once the epidural kicked in it wasn't bad, but pushing for 2 hours was exhausting.

My first took almost 2 hours of pushing, she had a super hard time coming out. My second took 30 minutes which in comparison to my first felt like 30 seconds! :)

I had 5 hours labour and 20 min of pushing. I pushed to fast though I did not hear the midwife tell me to stop pushing so I tore. OUCH!! next time I'm hoping to keep focus and still listen. Lol

My first I was in labor 12 hours and pushed for 15 mins. Currently have one day left for my second if she decides to come lol I'm hoping my labor goes as good as the first time!
