I would tell him that he has 24 hours to come clean to his wife I would. It's his job. I wouldn't do his dirty work unless I had to.

I've been cheated on before. I was humiliated as everyone knew but me. That was almost worse than the cheating - not exactly, but you get my point. The cheating was just the beginning. The broken trust, humiliation, and then the realization that he could have infected me with and STD topped it off. This is why cheating is so awful.

If you don't have the proof, stay out of it!! A car pulling in the drive way and a woman going in is not enough proof. Do you have pics with them being intimate, if not I wouldn't say anything.

Are you close with these neighbors? Because I sure can't tell you what any of mine really look like or what their names are or even if they're married or single. So I chose the none of my business answer choice. With that being said...

If you have undeniable proof then, why wouldn't you let her know? Even if it's just in passing like, "Oh hey! Did you guys get a new car? I saw this one in the driveway the other day." or, "Do you guys have family in town? I saw a car outside your house and so-and-so being pretty friendly with the driver." or even, "Hey, are you putting your house on the market? I saw a car outside and a lady that looked like a realtor at your home for quite a while the other day."

If you just see a woman that's not her enter the home when she's gone, that's not enough to go on though. That could be his sister, cousin, Aunt, niece, or one of her relatives. I've also heard of some travel agencies doing house calls so that one could plan a surprise trip or something. All in all I still believe, unless you are super close with your neighbor, and probably even then, that you should stay out of it.
