Glucose in wee @ 37 weeks?

I just had ++ glucose in my urine at my 37 week appointment.  I'm going back in next week to check again and if it's ++ again, I'll have to have ANOTHER GTT test?

Can you develop GD at the end of a pregnancy? Anyone had this before?

Yes you can. At my 36 week appointment/ultrasound, they had me redo the one hour test because I had excess fluid and a large baby. I passed it, but my doctor explained that some women develop GD really late in pregnancy.

Surprisingly yes.  I started having glucose show up in my urine around 32 weeks and was diagnosed with gestational diabetes at 34 weeks (already diagnosed with preeclampsia at 31 weeks so when it rains it pours).

When I was tested for GD at 24-25 weeks, I failed the one hour and passed the three hour test.

Glucose in wee @ 37 weeks?
