hCG rising a week after miscarriage?
Going to the doctor today to have a sonogram. I miscarried on July 12. My hcg was at 30. One week later, on July 19, my hcg had risen to 336. The nurse I spoke with over the phone said if I am still pregnant, the hormone isn't rising fast enough to indicate a healthy pregnant. I'm having a sonogram and more blood work done today to see what's going on. I'm very nervous! I'm just anxious to know the results, what the treatment will be, and how long it will be until I can start trying again.

There are my tests from the past week. The pink caps are OPKs. The green strips are HPTs in order of when they were taken. The bottom one was taken today. The line seems to be getting darker...
UPDATE: We just got out of the appointment. The sonogram was inconclusive. We did a blood test again to monitor my hcg. We will get the results back by Wednesday. It is either leftover from the miscarriage or a pregnancy of an unknown location which will not result in a live baby. We will hopefully have a better idea of what's going on when we see my beta levels.
UPDATE: we have the hcg results back. 1,861. My levels are on track for a healthy pregnancy. Going back for another sonogram on Friday. We are praying that this is just the worlds best hide and seek player in my uterus. Please pray. I'm nervous.
UPDATE: Sonogram concluded that the pregnancy is ectopic. We are now in the hospital getting tests done and waiting for the methotrexate shot. Thanks ladies for the thoughts and prayers.
