Fmla/short term disability for ivf

I work in a busy hospital, and the past few weeks have been so stressful! I've thought about calling out of work multiple time just because I don't want to feel stressed. But I can't leave, I need my health insurance because I'm in the middle of my ivf cycle, I'm waiting for start my frozen embryo transfer, but I'm scared the stress level at my job may affect my chances of pregnancy... Has anyone taken fmla or their short term disability out for ivf?
