Got a vvfl yesterday ( or so I think it is) and then took another test today and had a vvfl as well. I have all the symptoms like swollen, tender breasts, nausea, fatigue, bloating and the runs super bad, but I also started to bleed bright red blood and have blood clots and cramping. Af was 4 days late till today. Help !!!
