I would guess because it may not be the first pee of the day? Either way I wouldn't worry, if there's still a line there- no matter how faint- you are pregnant!! Congrats!!

Yours looks similar to mine, but I think mine is an Evap. It was a quick Evap tho, this was taken at the 3-5 minute mark

Your urine isn't as concentrated after your first pee so it's harder to detect the HCG. If you want to compare line darkness, do it with urine samples taken at the same time each day.
