Name calling

So recently just broke up with boyfriend/ baby father (r.i.p my son), what is the easiest way to get over him/her ? And now say you have (interests in someone else) an accidentally call him/her your x name ? Are you wrong if the new person knows your situation? And what can help with not calling my x name and what does that mean or sign when calling your x name? I hope you can understand what im asking,but i hope to hear from you all, AND PLEASE NO NEGATIVITY ITS JUST A QUESTION Thanks🤗👌👍
