Please help... Super worried

I had an ultrasound on Tuesday the 19th to confirm how far along I was, I was 9 weeks 6days and the heart rate was 182bpm. The office called me today saying I'm measuring a week ahead and they want to do another ultrasound tomorrow. What does that mean? Is this a bad thing !?
