Hello! I wanted to share an online anonymous online survey (you can take it on a phone, computer etc) I have been working on to learn more about the shame and stigma that young parents experience. I hope you will take it and share it with other young parents! Anyone who is 13-24 years old and a parent can take it and get a $5 gift card.
