Other options instead of D&C (not for miscarriage)

Hey ladies!! I am in a pickle and wanted to get some advice. Has anyone been told they had a thick uterine lining and that having a D&C would help to clear it out and give you a better chance at conceiving?

Well... This happened to me but because of my wonderful insurance I'm either going to have to pay $3,000 or $6,000 based off the D&C costing $6,000 which is what I'm finding is the average price for the procedure.

My real question is - is there another option!? A less expensive option maybe? We have been trying since last January but really really focusing since this January. I also have horrible periods and my Gyno seems to think this will help with the cramps too.

I have PCOS but ovulate on a regular basis. I have possible endometriosis as well so I was thinking a laparoscopy would help too.

Just want some opinions before jumping into the D&C. I know it's a common procedure but I'd rather try supplements and all the easy stuff before jumping into surgery. Anything helps 😁
