Chemical pregnancy or just AF

My husband and I have just started ttc for a little over 2 months now. I went and had an ultrasound to see if I was ovulating during that she said my cervix was thicker then should and I could have a hidden pregnancy so to wait on my biopsy. Well AF was suposed to start around the 27th. But it showed up 23rd this past sat. I was upset to see she showed up was really hoping we got blessed with baby dust. My question is my menstrual is usually consistent never really changes. This go around it is really heavy and clotted alot more then just the typical. I don't know much not neat as much as I should being a woman of 33. My question is could it be a chemical pregnancy or am I just worried.
