PiO progesterone

Anyone else having issues with their PiO progesterone in oil jabs? Putting in outter quad of glutes but seem to have inflamed the nerves on both sides. My saddlebag areas are in constant pain. Feels like a 3rd degree sunburn. I can't bare to do anymore

Left a msg for the nurses but they had zero advice. Wth
