Depression

Hi guys are any of you ladies suffering with depression whilst being pregnant im 19 weeks on Wednesday an because of my depression im really findin it hard to enjoy being pregnant an my partner an i split not long after we found out about the baby so don't have him here for support. Just lookin for ideas on how to cope as i have a nearly 8year old as well
