I'm 34 weeks and 3 days today with my twins and I am having some sharp pinching pains.. Not cramp like pains but more of like a stabbing pain ? I did a little research and what I found was that it could be my cervix starting to dilate. I go Thursday to my appointment.. I'm trying to hold off until then but ouch ! This is also my first pregnancy so I have no clue what I'm suppose to be looking for? Is this happening to anyone else at this point ? The babies are super active the past few days too. My c section isn't until the 19th (38 weeks) but I'm really wanting to make it to at least 36! Thanks !!
