Ovulation

I've been off my period for the last two days and my periods are about a week and 1/2 long, but for the last 2 days my ovulation test come back negative... When I check to see if it's wet or sticky down there it hardly ever is. I'm afraid this means my chances of getting pregnant are low? Anyone experience anything like me? I'm new to this I just started to use the conceive plus last night my hope is that it helps us.
