Razor burn!?

Help!!! I have red bumps all over my vaginal area and booty from razor burn. Any advice on how to diminish the redness? Or just to avoid it all together??

I used to have the same problem. I started shaving w/ baby oil & after I get out I get a cotton ball & put tend skin on it which is for razor burn. I have been doing that for a few month & I haven't got razor burn since. But make sure you only use the razor for a little bit because the baby oil is really hard on razors & it will cut you when it gets dull.

I used to get that all the time! I used a neosporin cream to just make irritation less painful. It works wonders! And it cured it for a bit.  Next time you shave, make sure to soak your areas in warm water (maybe a hot shower) for awhile to open up your pores and then exfoliate gently with a wash cloth to get rid of dead skin. So you'll be shaving hair and won't be pulling on dead skin! I prefer to use olive or coconut oil to shave and it never irritates nor did I get numbs again! Also  shave gently and slow. Don't put too much pressure on the blade. Good luck love!

I gave up trying to get it to stop so I started using Nair. Would never go back to razors!
