Engaged but alone

I'm 23 and my SO is 31, things were great until I left on deployment... One thing led to another and he left me. So like any other girl I sex with someone else and tried to move on, well halfway through he realized "his mistake" and I gave him another shot. Now after months of being back he can't touch me anymore because "he is not as good" and if we want kids it will be "his chore for a week." He dated someone else while we were apart and I don't say that to him. It broke my heart. And yes I have tried dressing up for him, changing things, nothing matters, he just looks away back at his phone or tv. I don't know what to do and feel like I am dying inside.
