I had this same thing with my last pregnancy. I got so swollen and by I believe 37 weeks my blood pressure just sky rocketed and they ended up enducing me for my son and my safety.

Mine are really bad too. Yesterday my hands and face felt really puffy. I'm seeing the doctor tomorrow, though I'm sure they'll tell me to just put my feet up and drink more water, lol. Better safe than sorry I suppose! Though this is my first pregnancy so I have no sense of what's normal.
