How much weight have you gained so far?
I started off at 132 and I'm now at 170 and I'm 28 weeks. My dr made me feel bad for gaining 38lbs so far and told me to drink green shakes for breakfast and try to eat salads during the day because I'm gaining too much weight. This is my 1st successful pregnancy and I haven't been trying to eat as much but we've had our fair share of family dinners out here and there so I'm guessing that's where the weight comes from and not to mention my appts are always past 12pm so I obviously eat a good breakfast and drink lots of water. What do you ladies think? How much weight have you gained and how far along are you?
EDIT:: Im considered high risk since Ive had 2 miscarriages before and my baby sit way low so exercise hasn't been 100% approved by the dr so it bothers me that she's contradicting herself. Im able to walk 1/3 of a mile before my whole belly starts cramping and I have to stop.
