When should I test?!

Ok I have one IC test. I don't know when or even if I ovulated because I never got a positive opk this cycle and ran out after CD 26. My Cycles normally run 34-36 days long, however in the past I was taking SSRIs and my cycles could go 80-110 days long. I'm currently on CD 37. Still haven't started feeling PMS yet, and my breasts didn't get sore when the normally do, they just started getting tender to the sides of the areolas. I don't want to buy any more tests yet, so I'm trying to judge when the best time to test would be. Any thoughts?
