Nexaplanon HELP

I've had Nexaplanon for a year and 3 months. I had a period July 2-7 and I just started heavy bleeding the 24 and now it's calmed a little. We had unprotected sex and he didn't pull out . Which we've done before a long time ago. Could my period be irregular. Or misscarrige ? I'm scared
